GALA 2026

After 3 years the Boulcott School Twilight Gala is returning 27 February 2026 to raise money for the school, and bring together our amazing school and wider community.

Things to look forward to:

• Delicious Food: Burgers, pizza, dumplings, the traditional sausage sizzle, food trucks and bake sale

• Fun activities : Giant inflatables, nerf wars and carnival games.

• Raffles: traditional and quick fire

• Stalls: the ever popular toy stall, mystery bottles, books, crafts, preserves, plants and kids clothing.

How can you help?

Later in Term 4 and Term 1 next year we’ll be asking for volunteers to help run the stalls on the night, and help with set up and pack down.  Please help where you can.

We’ll also be asking families to help with baked goods for the bake/confectionery stall, mystery jars and mystery bottles – more information to come.

At the moment we’re seeking help with:

• Saving paper supermarket bags and glass jars

• Donations of excess fruit 

• Growing plants for the plant stall

• Craft some things for our craft stall

• Save your good quality kids clothing, toys and books for our community drop off days.
