Zone Cross Country

When: Tuesday 21 May (Ppt) Thursday 23 May

Where: Trentham Memorial Park

Information:

Students need to meet in the hall at 8:30am. They will travel by bus to and from Boulcott School and Trentham Memorial Park. They will return by about lunchtime.

Students will need to wear Boulcott School Sports Shirt, blue or black shorts or tights and appropriate running shoes.  Shoes are compulsory for all students and spikes are  permitted for running in.

Students will need to bring:

• Suitable running shoes 
• Lots of water to drink
• Food 
• Medication (asthma inhalers as required)
• Warm clothes to wear before and after the races.
• Spare change of clothes including shoes and socks
• Plastic bag for wet clothes, shoes and socks
